The indoor/outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a hidden dishwasher and fridge and of course the giant Gasmate Galaxy 6 Burner BBQ! The Gasmate Galaxy is cleverly recessed into the kitchen, to create that ever-important social hub.
The mirrored splash back means the cook can still see all the action, whilst not missing out while preparing the meal!
"It was important to have a large BBQ to match the size of the area and to be able to cater for large numbers, the Gasmate galaxy was the perfect fit!" says Hamish, adding "with the warming rack and the size of the BBQ, there is no need to have to rush off to another oven to keep food warm, or make space."
The guests (and cook) never have to leave the fun. Service commences straight from the BBQ to
the large serving bench making entertaining easy. Food stays warm by simply closing the lid - an important feature when the little ones don't want to get out of the pool in time for dinner! This means a progressive dinner is no longer a hassle - just put the lid down and there's an instant warming oven right there!
Hamish says "The area is a huge space with big fun to be had, we required a big boy BBQ that could handle the lot, and we thankfully found it in the form of the Gasmate Galaxy!"
